A hot coconut coffee enriched with pine-nut paste, cream and toasted pine nuts. Rich, nutty and soothing, it is a distinctive comfort drink for cooler days.

Ingredient list

Per serving — 1 × 500 ml cup

• Barista Coconut Cream340 ml
• Whipping Cream30 g
• Pine-nut Paste45 g
• Rock Sugar Syrup25 ml
• Espresso36 g
• Toasted Pine NutsAs needed

Preparation steps

   Add the barista coconut cream, whipping cream, pine-nut paste, rock sugar syrup and espresso to a steaming pitcher.

   Heat with the steam wand to 60°C.

   Pour into the serving cup, garnish with toasted pine nuts and serve.
