Ingredient list

Per serving — 1 × 500 ml cup

• Espresso or Coffee Concentrate60 ml
• Barista Coconut Cream160 ml
• Fresh Coconut Flesh60 g
• Crushed Ice180 g
• Cane Sugar Syrup10 g

Preparation steps

   Blend coffee, coconut cream, coconut flesh and syrup.

   Churn with crushed ice until thick and fluffy.

   Pile into the serving cup and serve immediately.
