Per serving — 1 × 500 ml cup

• Barista Coconut Cream80 g
• Small Taiwan Mango Pulp80 g
• Vanilla Syrup5 g
• Rock Sugar Syrup30 g
• Ice Cubes200 g
• Lime Cloud Foam60 g

Preparation steps

   Add the barista coconut cream, mango pulp, vanilla syrup, rock sugar syrup and ice to a shaker.

   Shake for 4 seconds and pour into the serving cup.

   Top with lime cloud foam.
