Ingredient list

Per serving — 1 × 500 ml cup

• Pineapple Jam60 g
• Barista Coconut Cream150 g
• Ice Cubes200 g
• Cane Sugar Or Rock Sugar Syrup15 g
• Soft-serve Ice Cream1 serving

Preparation steps

   Add the pineapple jam, barista coconut cream, ice cubes and syrup to a blender.

   Blend into a smooth slush and pour into the serving cup.
