A clean coconut-water coffee perfumed with delicate rose hydrosol and finished in a striking layered presentation. Light, elegant and refreshing, it brings a premium floral note to the coffee menu.

Ingredient list

Per serving — 1 × 500 ml cup

• Coconut Water210 g
• Rose Hydrosol5 g
• Rock Sugar Syrup5 g
• Espresso25 g
• Ice Cubes300 g

Preparation steps

   Add the coconut water, rose hydrosol, rock sugar syrup and ice cubes to a shaker.

   Shake for 4 seconds and pour into the serving cup.

   Slowly pour the espresso over the top and serve.
