Summer Dream Muskmelon

Sweet muskmelon blended with barista coconut cream and white chocolate, finished with yogurt cream. A soft, dessert-like cooler for peak summer.

Per serving — 1 × 700 ml cup

• Barista Coconut Cream80 g
• Muskmelon Flesh80 g
• Frozen Muskmelon Purée35 g
• White Chocolate Sauce25 g
• Yogurt Cream50 g
• Diced MuskmelonAs needed
• Rock Sugar SyrupAs needed
• Ice300 g

Preparation steps

   Place the diced muskmelon in the bottom of the serving cup.

   Add the barista coconut cream, frozen muskmelon purée, muskmelon flesh, rock sugar syrup, white chocolate sauce and ice to a blender. Blend into a slush and pour into the serving cup.

   Top with yogurt cream and serve.
