A bright, sparkling fusion of crabapple, apple and coconut, finished with a coffee float. Fruity, refreshing and visually striking, it is made to stand out in warm-weather menus.

Ingredient list

Per serving — 1 × 500 ml cup

• Coconut Water320 g
• Yunnan Dried Crabapple Syrup45 g
• Yunnan Ugly Apple Juice240 g
• Cold Brew Coffee80 g
• Hawthorn Jam20 g
• Ice100 g

Preparation steps

   Add the coconut water, Yunnan Ugly Apple juice and dried crabapple syrup to a carbonation bottle. Stir well, then carbonate in a soda machine.

   Add the hawthorn jam to the bottom of the serving cup. Pour in the house-made crabapple, apple and coconut sparkling water, then add the ice.

   Slowly pour the cold brew coffee over the top. Garnish with one piece of dried crabapple and one dried apple slice, then serve.
