Per serving — 1 × 500 ml cup

• Barista Coconut Cream200 g
• Rock Sugar Syrup25 g
• Ice Cubes200 g
• Chinese Fevervine Pearls30 g
• Sweet Potato Starch Pearls30 g
• Water-chestnut Starch Pearls30 g

Preparation steps

   Add the barista coconut cream, rock sugar syrup and ice cubes to a blender.

   Blend into a smooth slush and pour into the serving bowl.

   Top with Chinese fevervine pearls, sweet potato starch pearls and water-chestnut starch pearls.
